Processing & Shipping Time

Most Valor Legacy orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days after payment is confirmed.

We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. federal holidays.

Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, limited releases, or adverse weather conditions, particularly during winter months.

Shipping Information

At checkout, customers may select from the available shipping options. Shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and costs are provided by the carrier at the time of purchase.

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for selecting the shipping option that best fits their needs.

Shipping Address & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Valor Legacy is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages lost, stolen, or delayed once transferred to the carrier

  • Delays caused by carriers, inspections, or events beyond our control

Because Valor Legacy operates from Colorado, shipments may be affected by severe weather conditions, including snowstorms, ice, extreme cold, or other weather-related disruptions. These conditions may impact processing and delivery times.

We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date. In the event of significant delays, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping. Reshipping costs are based on package weight and destination. Valor Legacy does not cover reshipping fees under any circumstances.

Order Review

Customers are encouraged to carefully review:

  • Shipping address

  • Product quantities

  • Sizes and styles selected

before completing their purchase.

We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Errors or Defective Products

Valor Legacy will cover shipping costs only if:

  • An error was made by our team in processing the order

  • The product is defective due to a manufacturing issue and approved for replacement

All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographic evidence.
