Refund policy

At Valor Legacy, every item is carefully crafted and inspected before shipping. Because we are a small, veteran-owned business and do not operate as a mass-production company, our return policy is limited and strictly enforced.

We accept returns only if the item was received defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return if your item meets the criteria above.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed

• Original tags must be attached

• Item must be returned in its original packaging

• The item must be free of stains, odors, bleach marks, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or any signs of wear

• Proof of purchase is required

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, stained, damaged by the customer, or have had tags removed will not be accepted, even if returned.

Returns are not accepted for fit, sizing preferences, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.
